INFRARED RAY
TECHNOLOGY

JAON is a premium infrared heated thermal toilet designed to embody the principles of effective daily thermal therapy. It features integrated crystal ceramic glass and infrared lamps within the toilet, providing optimal thermal care benefits.

JAON is designed to address the limitations of traditional thermal care by incorporating the consistent and effective characteristics needed for optimal results. This innovative product integrates infrared lamps within the toilet to facilitate daily thermal care, proven effective for preventing gynecological diseases, aiding postpartum perineal inflammation recovery, and enhancing immunity. It is officially certified and recommended by the Korean Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology as an essential product for women's health.

Near-infrared includes visible light with wavelengths between 770 and 1400 nm, which causes it to emit light. The light source can penetrate deep into tissues and disperse energy over a broader area, making it more effective for heating tissues.

Far-infrared, also known as non-luminous infrared, has a wavelength between 1400nm and 0.1mm, with non-luminous infrared near 4000mm being absorbed by the skin. Far-infrared rays have wavelengths too long to be detected by the human eye, but they provide gentle heat transfer, penetrating up to 4cm beneath the skin.

Research by Gale et al. (2006) revealed that far-infrared is effective in reducing pain in patients with chronic low back pain, and research by Yoon et al. (2020) demonstrated that applying far-infrared after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery effectively reduces postoperative pain and improves joint range of motion. Additionally, research by Shui et al. (2015) found that far-infrared is effective in relieving pain associated with certain chronic diseases, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and chronic kidney disease.

In particular, near-infrared penetrates up to 6mm beneath the skin. It has excellent heat transfer properties and generates ATP and nitric oxide. Hence, it significantly aid in disease treatment.

Nasa researched near-infrared wavelengths for astronaut health and published their findings, highlighting the human healing effects of near-infrared, While far-infrared rays, once celebrated for their benefits, only stimulate the outer 0.5mm of the skin surface, near-infrared rays penetrate up to 6mm deep, reaching more than 12 times further into the skin than far-infrared rays.
Therefore, JAON is a product that integrates both near-infrared and far-infrared characteristics, encompassing all the therapeutic benefits of infrared. JAON is a thermal toilet designed for easy use while incorporating beneficial infrared characteristics.
